NSW apartment daylighting compliance
SEPP65 (State Environmental Planning Policy No. 65) requires daylighting assessments for apartment buildings in New South Wales, Australia. The assessment is based on solar access on the winter solstice (21 June) under a clear sky model.
DL-Light produces the full SEPP65 compliance report with results colour-coded in three categories: compliant (green), borderline (yellow), and non-compliant (blue). The report is formatted for direct submission to NSW planning authorities.
